Got the materials and rig set up in Unreal. It's a whole different way of thinking of things, and it doesn't help that the documentation for Unreal's control rig is esoteric at best, but it is satisfying to see it all coming together.

Still have some edge cases to figure out. I am using the Sphere Trace on his Pelvis and a second Sphere trace for his lower tail since it's so far back with a mock extra bone. I need to adjust it for wall hits and maybe the animation on moving.
BUT we are taking a break today, and I can do some after-work art. Was able to get Billy's tail working better. Not that I have been thinking about it, every second, just every other second #GameDev #ControlRig #Rigging #Ue5 #Oc #DnD
For me I'm using StateTree and same there, but I think you're using SUSS instead for that so it's irrelevant
Btw you looked into the mobile renderer at all? Seems like that would suit you better?
