If you liked aged wine at reasonable prices, Spain is the source. It seems that people like to drink their wine younger, maybe because of the fruit or the price; but every now and then, I turn to Spain for oak, tertiary notes and heft because of the QPR. Georgia + Armenia too, but harder to find.
