I started sketching in late July,2022 then finished it in early November,2023. This piece was surprisingly take time to finish. The key of the look, shirtless under a suit, is his half bare torso, but I couldn't make a satisfactory outcome.

I took a long time to finish my PhD program- in part because I changed my topic midway through; partly b/c I was struggling with my mental health.

But I remain endlessly proud of myself for achieving the degree and earning the (gender-neutral) title of “Dr.”

It’s nice to hear it, though—Trowa really is the sweetest, after all. And his arms are so warm and strong, Quatre could just melt in them…feels like melting in them, in fact. And Trowa would be there to catch him, he knows this for a fact.

This old portrait of Nyx for sure! I had spent a lot of time in '21 making an active effort to really *learn* about drawing, and using colored pencils. I watched so many art videos and tutorials. This was the culmination of those efforts.
