I saw the prompt last night and thought “who even draws soap?” So now we know… it’s me. This is a scrap piece of linoleum left over from a project probably 4 years ago and a rough print off a stamp pad.
Concept sketched on the linoleum in pencil. I coated the linoleum with a wash of very thin acrylic paint (1 drop in 10 drops of water) so I can see where I’ve cut. 11:21 p m The finished block. 11:53 p m. The print, which I pulled this morning while waiting for my toast to pop up.

I don’t really have anything for bumble, but here’s some bees. Honeybees (Apis mellifera) were introduced to North America at Jamestown, Virginia in 1622. Bumblebees (Bombus app - there are 11 species native to Virginia) were already here.
A block I carved last year to print thank you cards for people who donated to the museum during the World Bee Day event. Speedball SpeedyCarve. One of the finished cards. I suck at carving letters so I hand-letter things. Not really good at that, either, but at least my handwriting is legible.
