Forgot to post yesterday, it was a rest day easy 20 minutes. This morning was a bit of an icy 9km. Then I resisted the urge to buy an egg mcmuffin on my walk home. #running2keepthecrazyaway #legorunbuddy #legorunkitten #running #morningmiles #humpday #keepgoing

I am stood at a roundabout, you can see car headlights and on the other side of roundabout a big M lit up for the McDonald's drive through. Legorunbuddy and legorunkitten stood on some barriers around the roadworks. They are stood on red plastic fencing and behind a wire fence around the equipment, a road roller and digger. Its dark you can see streetlights in distance.

Each side has been painted with wild flowers. Legorunbuddy hanging from Christmas lights in my front porch. The lights thread in to a big paper star with a crochet spider on them, yes its still there from Halloween. The stars were hung last Christmas and have stayed up all year... so... Legorunbuddy held between forefinger and thumb behind you can see lounge window with Christmas lights. You can only make out the dark shape of Legorunbuddy as its late at night and she is silhouette against the window.

Its meant to be a water feature but in 25 years of it being there I can count on one hand the amount of times it has ever been turned on. Its a shame because the kids love it when it is. My parkrin finish token and legorunbuddy in the palm of my hand at the end of parkun, you can see my volunteer wristband too. Had to do a selfie with friends at the welcome sign as it was first time for us all running this course. I made my friend wear a tutu in honour of her 97th different parkrun location, she is trying to get to 100 different parkruns. I have only done 6? But it has inspired me to try and get to a few more Norfolk ones at least.

View from the Broadwalk over the marshes the sun is beginning to set there is a dog walker in the distance. The hill on Marston lane. A bit slippy with all the leaves. Sort of enjoyed sprinting up.... I did beat a cyclist.. the path is muddy, trees either side and a car park go the right. A wall post painted as a snowman. This house near me does this every year, they have 4 of these wall post with round bits on top painted white and in December they paint snowperson faces and put scarves on them. Its brilliant.
