The operation targeted criminal networks that distributed counterfeit money through postal services. About 90 percent of the seizures involved shipments to Europe that originated from China.

I agree. I don't think the ECB can easily devalue the euro as it doesn't intervene. What is more, many in the ECB are talking about the benefits of a stronger euro.
