i complained that no reads without interpreter in discord and guy finally decided to update it
he didn't bother to figure out how to add huang lan's events though
but yeah even with mei's support jyahnar's attempts don't look bright...

Reason why Huang Lan's event in previous ver on CN felt so much better since it was pure visual novel.
I'm more happy to imagine NPC myself than see them look like crap. There few good moments with use of chibis like intro before Scharlach fight but in overall I think it's not worth it.

like there will be scene where character supposed to cry but she still smiles because they were too lazy to change her expression

Oh great to hear that you actually liked it. Those 3 chapters personally my favorite in the game. Later story is fine too , just structure a little messed up.
Before next chapter I honestly recommend reading these two events since they give some context and have relevant characters. No rush though.

for me 5-7 chapters are the best later it kinda goes donwhill because they changed main writer multiple times for some reason
and it's a little hard to understand some things
but same with collab
i know about ac only from watching my friend play it in middle school but still fun to read
