Oh great to hear that you actually liked it. Those 3 chapters personally my favorite in the game. Later story is fine too , just structure a little messed up.
Before next chapter I honestly recommend reading these two events since they give some context and have relevant characters. No rush though.

it went like this for me... but since p1 is not really good i'll go for p2... probably would be good just stop but eh
well i recommend start saving for nautika now and maybe lucy but assassins are strong so you can clear pretty much all early content with them
gl figuring out their skill tree tho
