Infantilisierung dient auch dazu, uns sowas zu versagen. Deshalb: Weg mit der Bezeichnung! #IchBinHanna
Mit dem Wort „Nachwuchs“ werde „ein Reifungs- beziehungsweise Fertigstellungsprozess hin zum Ausgewachsen- beziehungsweise Nachgewachsen sein“ suggeriert, was wiederum „impliziert, dass Wissenschaftlerinnen & Wissenschaftler vor der Etablierung defizitär (unfertig, unreif o. ä.) sind“." (2/2)
