I’m sure that’s why they didn’t turn out in January or in May. Because somehow none of them can arrange for one parent to show up or have one friend babysit all the kids or realize that their kids bodies are going to be on the line anyway.

It's hard to help Americans left behind because so much of US identity is rooted in individualism. The average American conservative holds all three positions at once:

I’d be more forgiving of them were we not coasting on stereotypes of how terrible the olds are. When tons of older ppl come out, we should start cracking down on the rhetoric against them & start deploying it against ppl who ought to be involved.

There have been a ton of them at all the ones I’ve seen.
IMO, the stereotype that they’re not there is because there’s a lot of young lefties who figured out you can get away with all the misogyny so long as you add the word “white” to it.

He might not have had to ask the Archbishop. A *lot* of priests in that area know the Pope. There’s good reason to do that in Chicago & not elsewhere.

“We ARE America!!” Or anything along those lines. The right keeps chanting “USA USA”. We need something like that.

I got an iTouch in the late ‘00s & I remember even the static bus schedule app being mind blowing. When I got an iPhone & could look at bus schedule in real time, it was a massive upgrade.
