SO I FUCKED UP...
I got a used (new to me) coffee machine. didnt google what the buttons do. set it up. pressed the smaller button thinking it was just "less water". didnt pay attention. it was the espresso button. i pressed it four times and drank it before i realized. espresso is 212mg caffeine.
