Da budem sasvim precizan: ... Svaka osoba u policijskoj uniformi sa pokrivenim licem i bez značke sa brojem, te ispisanim prezimenom na uniformi NE POSTUPA po pravilu službe, te se može smatrati ubačenim teroristom. DUŽNOST je građana da takvu osobu uhapse i predaju MUP u roku od 15 minuta.
