The Capital Hadun is on the Island of Ferrariae which is controlled by House Vinci (My house :3). They agreed to this deal for centralizing the government and also for higher positions in the military.

The Republic was originally a Confederation of Islands! There was a major split in government, causing the fracture. The Federal Republic would be formed in 1835 as a result of the First Carlist War.
