The characters in my book mostly speak to each other in Arabic so there are a lot of transliterations and Arabic words sprinkled throughout. What so they mean? I’ll be sharing a few along with more in my upcoming newsletter

Sometimes I think about how my book, set in 2006 during Israel’s bombing of Lebanon might be considered “timely” when it comes out next year. Three generations of my family’s lives are “timely”.
