In college I hated comp sci and changed majors. After college, I was eventually hired in a non-programming role. There were repetitive processes and so I made batch scripts and distributed them. Someone asked who was distributing "rogue scripts." I became a programmer, still there 10 years later

Fair, that's definitely accurate in the long run and I can't argue with that. I just feel like my life isn't in the right place for that right now. Perhaps in the future! I've done it before, can do it again.

Yeah but I'm running out of hard drive space and I don't really want to buy new drives or reorganize my stuff across drives at the moment. I think people need to keep up the culture of knowing downloads are an option, but I don't mind the streaming option for things I'm watching once on a whim.

They wrecked TechTV, honestly. The Screensavers was actually coherent and interesting in comparison to AotS. There were such interesting things on the station before G4 took over.

smithereens seem to be a finer particle class than rubble and rubble assumes most of the pieces are all still in the same location, so I think smithereens is more painful probably

yeah like...it does feel like a weird money laundering scheme but I don't have money TO launder, so I might as well take some of their laundry if it makes sense to do so after taking a second look at my childhood binders.
I'm not selling my charizard though I got that thing fair and square in 1999.
