Bother some scientists, it certainly adds additional barriers and selects against women who aren't able to take this in stride as much. It doesn't help that the comic is pretty plainly sexist. I can't imagine this sort of comment being made about a male scientist.

Honestly this does make me a tad uncomfortable. I'm sure Dr. Goodall was ok with it but there is a tendency in science, especially back then, where women were expected to take this sort of thing in stride so as not to come off as a hysterical bitch and certainly even if it doesn't actively...
