I take it and had headaches too - I think they were from dehydration so using electrolyte supplements to hydrate really helped. sometimes they were from forgetting to eat. If you’re not on extended release, I had them kick in around 4pm every day when the instant release starting dose wore off

The larger number on top of your new windows really points to there being a nest on/in the house. All ours were trying to escape the house through the window cracks, actually; maybe your new windows are keeping them in better
