It’s inevitable. For a full year, he had no idea who he was trying to appeal to, or how.

Yeah, but pundits like John and Ian will always throw in their lot with those criticising the BBC. But when it comes to GB News, TalkTV, not a peep.

A former Murdoch man scrutinising journalistic standards? The BBC will always get more criticism, partly because centrist pundits know the Beeb won’t hold a grudge and will still give them work - unlike the right wing press. Hence the lack of criticism of GB news, churning out far right lies daily.

If right wing news doesn’t massively influence public opinion, why do right wing billionaires keep buying loss making media outlets? (I appreciate that this reality might be uncomfortable for many pundits working for those outlets.)

Most of our most powerful (right wing) media organisations hold themselves to no standard nowadays. How does that get addressed?
November 10, 2025 at 7:36 PM
And yet it’s only ever factual inaccuracies from the BBC (favouring the left) that end up in resignations. Meanwhile GB News pumps out lies and propagand unchecked.

By caving with nothing in return, they’re totally making it look like Dems were at fault for the shutdown, and let it happen for no reason. Cowardly political malpractice. Primary them all.

You caved, coward.
