This passage of Keir Starmer’s speech exemplifies the ineptitude of his political team. How can sentences/thoughts so disjointed and unfinished have made it into his speech? And did they really think
‘well of responsibility’ was a powerful phrase?

Almost like it’s a bad idea not to have a political or policy framework for being in government.
