I am me.
Well given how nuts expensive they are, it's not actually helping much. Give us a full on German price type change and then I'll start clapping.

That super-deluxe is not a good look for an 80 Yr old man. He now looks like a 90 year old man.

NEW: It’s takes a moment for this to really sink in.

Guardian reporting that key parts of Trump’s peace plan was drafted IN RUSSIAN first.

Particularly given that he was let go for creep/me too reasons. He is behaving 'as if' he has zero self awareness. I mean, I'm sure he's got *some*, maybe it fell down the back of the sofa or something.

A lot of mirrors need to be looked in to.

About all of them! Cranmer, Wyatt, every biog available.
It's entertaining seeing how much Ms Mantel stretched the truth like toffee to fit her narrative! But also good to hear Cromwell did support people - not just relatives, supported the poor and small local businesses and the like.

Oh! I just looked up Master Thomas's name and found this. How interesting. I've been reading the biog by Tracy Borman. What actually happened was I bought 'book 3', read half of it, then couldn't bear to continue until just recently, and now I want to munch up every bit of info possible...

Holbein's portraits and sketches of people - particularly the pencil, sketches. Are blisteringly good. He was an *exceptional* painter. I've Ben thinking about buying a book of prints of his for a while, just to see these people who are alive in the world he creates. Incredible work.

True, yes. The ancient cultural artifacts are missing from many cultures because of the things they were made of. A gigantic grassland doesn't yield many pyramids.

I have not seen anyone else put it that way. I agree, the knowledge that many, many other people are implicated who are far more easy to get hold of does make me think focusing on Andrew is a good way to get everyone to look in a different direction.

I can't articulate how this makes me feel. Sick and disgusted.

Thank you for your stories. This abuse must be wider known.

That is quite extraordinary. And it was so long ago, it's as if this purely agrarian blanket of people basically only farmed, whilst at the same time Sumerian, Persian and Egyptian cultures were building mythologies.

I could barely read it, it was so awful.

If I had gone that way, I would now be dead, and my daughter would be dead.

The American financial restriction around birth care is a form of classist, mysogynist violence.

Argh! I hate it.

... cue me scrambling around t'interwebs trying to find every pot I can that isn't triple the price. Argh. Not ideal. And I'll still run out eventually.

... So establishing a confident communication with his offices - important if he can do it.

Also worth noting that Sadiq Khan, bless him, he is a good, smart guy, but he has only tiny twinkle, and is short :)
He's got more twinkle than our current Prime Minister, mind you.

We have form in the UK with a Labour Muslim London mayor whose parents were from Pakistan having to try to protect London whilst the fucks in charge were Tories. I really like Sadiq Khan, and the racist suburbanites were very good at blaming him for everything the Tories did to screw him over.

I am reminded of this blinding Kate Bush song.

I want to be a lawyer
I want to be a scholar
But I really can't be bothered
Just gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme.

I have just been informed by my Univ quad dwelling daughter that Lyra had only just left her room. She habitually uses the rooms on that staircase for her daytime sleeping arrangements. And is "a bit standoffish".

Sounds sensible to me.

Lyra the Univ cat is very lovely and beloved.

And of *course* she's called Lyra. She must walk over the roofs.

Justin Trudeau did quite well at greasing the wheels too, as does Macron.

He loves him a handsome man being deferential.
