Case 1: Alan Dershowitz gave the police print outs of a victim's MySpace page and blog because it referenced drug use with her bf. (and the blog name).
A scanned police incident report from the Palm Beach Police Department, dated April 20, 2006, page 67, program CMS301L. The report details phone records from February 6, 2005, showing calls made by Haley Robson when a victim was brought to Jeffrey Epstein’s house. Calls were placed to Sarah Kellen (Epstein’s assistant) and to Epstein’s house in Palm Beach. The report notes packages received by the police from attorney Guy Fronstin, containing a letter from Alan Dershowitz and MySpace.com profiles. The letter indicated that Mr. Dershowitz was assisting in the investigation and addressing allegations that private investigators impersonated police officers. The report describes the victim’s MySpace profile, friends’ communications, and references to drug use and relationships. The investigator also confirmed contact with ASA Weiss regarding the package.
