I connected a WiFi enabled solenoid valve to a hose and set up a script on my phone so when the camera detected a squirrel it got blasted with the hose briefly. It was very effective.

I hate how silly it feels to grieve in a world like this. Having lost two of each in the past 14 months, losing pets and relatives are both devastating. Yet I can't tell where one grief ends and the other begins.
