Today's trip to Belgioioso Comics and Games was perfect. It was a smaller but lively event with great booths, lots of cosplayers, and wonderful food. Anywho, here's Penelope Pitstop, Dick Dastardly, and Muttley from Wacky Races. Next is a Nazgûl, fire flower Mario, and Batman.

He is approaching a baby off screen to the right, who was more enchanted than afraid despite his menacing metal hands, pitch black leather mask, and very long two-handed sword. A cosplayer dressed as fire flower Mario poses with a power-up box in his left hand. His red overalls with a black belt and yellow look like the cartoon version of the same outfit from the 1989 Super Mario Show, though the bright yellow hoodie and construction helmet don't quite fit the character. His white gloves and black felt fabric mustache are, however, quite a lovely final touch. A very tall cosplayer poses in a Batman costume in front of a castle doorway. The costume uses sculpted leather pieces to create the illusion of muscles on the upper body, while the gadgetless gold belt, looser leather pants, and black combat boots give a strong impression that this Batman prefers function over form.

Here's mine. I was seven, so we got it in 1982.
A 1981 model of Texas Instruments' TI99/4, with a beige case and big mechanical keys. This was my first computer.

Welcome to the newest member of the family, Olivia. After hubby mentioned that hers is the Italian name for Olive Oyl, so that will be her cutesy name.
My husband doting on our newest family member, Olivia, a kitten with gray and black tiger stripes on her head and back and a white face belly and paws. The husband is mostly gray, but his summer tan is starting to change that.

This beer is made by a local brewer using unsold bread, which reduces the materials needed to brew the beer, reduces the brewer's carbon emissions, and eliminates food waste. It's also a very tasty beer that pairs well with a sandwich. =^D
