Another lovely #utilitycycling journey on a mild day. So glad to make short, urban trips on foot or cycle. Meant I got a little bit of sunshine too!

I am not afraid to admit that I like Halloween, we’ve had our first trick or treaters and it is so nice to see kids out after dark.

Thought I would have to drive kiddo to a physio appointment this evening, but car getting fixed so had to ride our bikes. Mixed infrastructure, but kiddo noted how much faster it was cycling and closer than expected. Also, less stress. #utilitycycling #familycycling

It’s been a busy few days. This morning I had the honour of speaking to a primary school as part of #BlackHistoryMonth. I spoke about #KidicalMass @playingout.bsky.social my experiences in #communityenergy and #volunteering. Kids were amazing and inspiring.

Spent most of the day in the @landorlinks.bsky.social Transport and Health conference. Great hearing evidence from researchers and examples of live projects where positive change is happening, but there’s still much to do to improve our environment to make it healthier for everyone.
