Because the copy is displayed with other statues it doesn’t really stand out, while the museum one feels huge. I wonder if actual David would throw his motorcycle helmet at his statue reflecting on his failure to defeat Mr T.

It’s similar to the statue of David copies out in public while the real one is in its own museum.

I think the thing that links all those projects, maybe not the Eagles but I’d include Journey’s 80s hits, is that these are all artists completely unattached from their original sound. Talented dinosaurs unexpectedly connecting with a new audience.
