So this is a Cambridge Analytica propaganda tactic called "Alternate Reality" where you traumatize people with misinformation, feed into that alternate world that youve sort of made for them, then sell them the cure, which is usually a political action like voting for a certain candidate

In the 1980s, the Ukrainians invented a low cost Microcontroller called К145ИК. The actual firmware of these simple serial CPUs could be customized for many applications, like alarm clocks, but the most famous usage is the Elektronika MK series calculators, which are basically just little computers.

A lot of these Soviet-era chip/electronics factories within Russia are still operating and making tools of war. Luckily, every Soviet computer included a full list of every single one of these factories within the USSR (for repair purposes). So we know where they are.
