We could also see an impact of Brazilian geographical regions in the model for predicting risk factors for cognitive and functional decline. We evidenced worst cognitive scores in North and Northeast, while only Northeast presented worst functional scores. 🧵4

The radiotracers studied were:
➖ [18F]flortaucipir
➖ [18F]MK6240
➖ [18F]PI2620

All were tested in CN and AD brain tissues using autoradiography across multiple regions, including the prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum, and whole-brain hemisphere. 🧠🔬
