Bean & veggie salad. We love it so much it's also breakfast on the go!
4 cans of beans (we like lt kidney, dk kidney, cannalini & black beans); cut up a cuke or 2 and a bell pepper into chunks; add a can/jar of your favorite olives; cherry tomatoes are welcome. Mix in Ken's balsamic vinaigrette. 😄
