This entire debacle brought to you by the suspect Bath and Body Works business practice where - even when you have a receipt - they say they can only process an exchange as a no-receipt return and a new purchase.

I *rarely* exchange or return, so sure, scan my ID. But I don't believe that BS.

I tried to get them to keep the 4 cents, and they said they can't because they're "responsible for every penny". Fair enough.

I'm still not gonna buy a $1.95 PocketBac because you don't have 4 pennies. 🤷‍♀️ And yeah, I'm gonna take that empty bag. 😂

Them: *rings up a bag* "Okay. You just owe us a penny."

Me: "I don't have a penny. If I did, I would have given it to you so you could give me a nickel."

*someone hands them a penny*

Them: "Okay, thanks for coming in."

Me: "....."

Them: "....."

Me: "Can I please have the bag I just paid for?"

I would get these flavors layered, TBH

It appeared to be his partner's phone, and he was so excited/relieved he danced a little jig on the sidewalk. Saw me watching, got embarrassed. I pointed at the phone, made an excited fist-pumping motion in the air and said "YAY!". He said "YAY!" and danced in place again.

LDBS is genuinely lovely. I'll definitely keep trying it.

Also, the price point. Very pretty perfume. But for the price it would have to smell OUT OF THIS WORLD for me to love it. 😅

I think it's probably just the orange blossom; I'm not a huge fan. This is the most tolerable it's ever been in a fragrance for me, because it's tempered with marshmallows (yummm!) but it's still something that smells ever-so-vaguely like floor cleaner to me. I kind of crave a different note.
