I hear you, my friend. Carrying that weight is exhausting, and I respect your work to let it go. What helps me is giving the feeling space, then letting them pass instead of getting stuck. Meditation helps. Just acknowledging, ‘Yes, this is here, but it doesn’t define me,’ takes its power away.

Agreed, show the folks, what sanity looks like while moving forward. Actions will communicate better than words.
