Terranigma - This is as good as it gets for Action RPGs on the SNES. Wonderful deeply thought out campaign about the restoration of the world and our place in it. Smooth responsive controls and enough variety to keep combat fresh. Gorgeous sprite work. Beautiful Masterpiece

The real question is not "Why is Bluesky so left-coded," the real question is "Why can't the right exist in a social media environment without algorithmic assistance, where people can ignore them"

the older I get the more I'm realizing I've been psy-opped about spoilers to create a sense of urgency to get to media instead of just chilling the fuck out

I'm happy to have finally achieved this on XCXDE. Mira remains the most interesting and fun world to explore. I am so happy to have come full circle with this game. I really think I can cement it as my favorite of all time.

Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam - After 79 this feels like the natural progression of the message the original tried to tell. To it's most extreme providing an ending that's as shocking as it is profound. People clamoring for Zeta were right. It really is all that.

Subnautica - I was holding off on posting about this one cuz I was waiting for my feelings to settle on it. They simply won't. This game has joined the ranks of top 10 favorite games of all time. It is a master class in world design. I'm afraid of the ocean but I love this game

Ace Combat 0 - I feel bittersweet finishing the holy trilogy of PS2 Ace Combat games. This one was fantastic, great music as expected, the story did a good job of carrying its themes. The final boss was a jousting match between jet planes, which is insane.

Paranormasight - This VN hooked me pretty quickly, it has a strong opening hour, well paced dialogue, great music and the art style was eye catching. I still wasn't ready for what it would accomplish. Laser focused on its themes and using each character to do so. It joins my recent favorites.

Not sure how to describe what I just played but 1000XRESIST is a masterclass in visual storytelling. If you enjoy narrative games you need to play it.

Astro Bot - I was curious to try it out and it surpassed my expectations. Team Asobi created pure joy and put it in a videogame. The finale had me in this strange state of tears of joy, every set piece and every stage more impressive than the last. And the music? Fantastic!

1000xResist - This Game focused on the best ways to tell it's moving story. Not a line of dialogue or scene wasted. It didn't fall into the trap of forcing game mechanics. It felt like you were playing through theater sets as it unraveled it's layers. Will stick with me 1000%

Mario and Luigi Brothership - Ok this game got a bad rep but it's not entirely untrue. The first 3 hours and the last arc are way too slow paced, but the meat of this game is amazing, on par with the best M&L. The battle plug mechanic is 10/10. The animations were top of the line

Ys X: Nordics - I was a bit hesitant because it was changing a lot + adding ship combat. Though the ship combat didn't exactly win me over the regular fight did. Karja is really fun to play and they really stroke a nice balance with this new duo system. Falcom made a great one

Dark - Literally forget anything I've said about other TV shows in the last several years. Dark blows all of them out of the water, it's an incredibly well crafted story with impeccable execution. I have not touched anything else since I started. It's mystery hooks you and never let's you go.

From - This TV series came out of nowhere for me but it has scratched an incredible amount of itches I've had since 2000's Lost. It feels like it treads the same ground as Lost without making the same mistakes. S3 specially makes all pieces fall in a satisfying way. 100% recommend this show.

Imma need some of you to think about thriving out of spite. I had big plans for 2025 and I’m definitely not gonna pre-derail them for likes of Elin and Tromp. I’m getting more involved. Loving harder. Writing hornier. Having more fun. I’m gonna be so kind to my neighbors, bitch.

Life Is Strange: Double Exposure - The take that would get me flamed on twitter is that I think this game is better than fine. The way it explores a Max who has gone through the worst timeline (regardless of your previous choice) is one interesting to explore. The ending surely will divide fans.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom - Holy shit I usually expect good quality from Zelda games but this was on another level. Creativity is the limit with echo combos and the map is fun to explore without being excessive. It's one of my new favorite Zelda games.
