My first choice for a single expansion was doomed as well, because I absolutely love the premise.
If I decide I want to get it to the table with non-wargamers, "oh boy try and lose as well as possible" is a bit of a harder sell.
But I might pick it up just for the solitaire version

Burnout could do that to people, and life is not being kind to anyone right now.
You need to make sure that you are doing what you need to remain remotely sane and healthy. And in time maybe things will pick up again.

We seem to be getting a very good cross section of "asymmetric strategic players looking for a politics heavy game" and "theater nerds that want to roleplay awful people backstabbing each other"
So really what I need to do is sell this game to all the vampire larps out there

I'm not presumptuous enough to say that this is what cultural appropriation tastes like, but the European mindset has somehow managed to include IN a corn dog every required part OF a corn dog- and yet the end result feels lacking in corndoggity essence

I asked for ketchup and mustard, and this was considered odd as most people get it with wasabi mayo and dried onion flakes.
I could have gotten it with cheese instead of a hotdog inside, or a mix of cheese and hotdog instead.

Update: This is at the exact same time familiar and strange, like coming back to a childhood playplace ravaged by time and gentrification.
The batter mix is more bread than corn, the hotdog is somehow cheaper than the ones in used to, and the whole thing is covered in breading.

I desperately want to know the production details, you have no idea. Handmade or is there a producer for these? How big can they get and what's the cost for a small print run?
