I don’t understand why Alberta exports discounted crude oil to the U.S. while other provinces, like Ontario and Quebec, import fuel from the U.S. Instead of this, why wasn’t there any intention to build refineries in Canada, specifically in Ontario and Quebec?

They're leaving because Ireland views Palestinians as humans, entitled to basic human rights. Imagine what could be achieved if the rest of the world (especially that one country that keeps vetoing the UN on all matters related to Israel) viewed Palestinians the same way.
