#Grill meat perfectly- try this #trick: Push on the palm of your hand under your thumb. This firmness is what rare meat should feel like when poked. Now touch the tip of your pointer to your thumb. This = medium rare. Continue to learn how med (middle), med well (ring), & well (pinky) should feel.

I made the egg mixture for French toast only to realize my bread got moldy.
I poured the mixture over oats, added date syrup and pears to sweeten it, and topped with a frozen leftover crumb topping. Baked for 40 mins @ 350. Delicious mistake!
