Kinda disappeared but I've been having health issues and I'm in a lot of therapies for my disability. As well as dealing with family telling me I'm faking my disability & telling me that if I stood up for myself or spoke openly about how they were treating me I would be "burning a bridge forever".

When you dehumanize a group of people it has one clear goal. Dehumanize them so much that when we start rounding them up nobody cares where they disappear to.

My sister Abigail had trisomy 18. Her birthday recently just passed. 🫂❤️ My sister was not going to survive outside of the womb. My parents were given CHOICES. Parents, families, and children all deserve dignity in life and in DEATH. (Continued in comments)

Such a good read but also a great breakdown of how immigration works or better said doesn't work. I HIGHLY recommend everyone read/listen to this. The book is written by and about Jose Antonio Vargas 🎯
