I’d rather continue with the KF way (8-10 win seasons most years with a 10-11-12 win season twice a decade) than going the fickel way

He survived both 2012 and 2020 and has earned the right to leave on his own terms. Would love to know if he has any real regrets keeping Brian on as long as he did seeing what Lester has been able to do in such a short time

It’s pretty unsatisfying now but is made somewhat tolerable by looking around at all the firings and knowing it could be worse.
