１，OSは(究極的には)ハードウェア(回路)である?
２，OSは(ソフトウェアではなく)ハードウェアなので外部から編集する事はできないor　OSはハードウェアであるが、外部から編集出来るような仕組みが出来ているので編集出来る

こんな感じでしょうか？

２，０と１にあるスイッチの押し方を記録するような回路を作る

0,回路、スイッチを作る
１，回路を複雑にして、点滅や、時刻を刻み続けられるようにする

つまりosを定義するためにハードウェアにインターフェイスと言う部分があるということですか？
タイミング、出力などの組み合わせを沢山作ることで、osという複雑な仕組みを作り出す事が出来ると言う事でしょうか?
