With health-care costs increasing to the point where insurance no longer even covers basic expenses, with rents taking 100% of our "disposable" incomes, entire industries are just going to go away, and the jobs with them. So we need to start thinking in terms of how we can live without jobs.

In a world where not enough people can purchase anything to support the companies which provide jobs, there will be (and SHOULD be) no "jobs." Money no longer makes sense in that world. We will soon need a "post-work" economy where not everyone needs to work.

We want to automate the bad jobs which nobody wants to do. It costs business leaders less and frees us to do other things. The problem is, what happens when there are no jobs and we run out of money?
