Lyca sits in the empty office. Von Lycaon isn't there yet. And here he's allowed to stew while wondering just where the thiren is. He's left to think about how stupid of an idea this was. He's accepted the moniker of Lyca, even if his original name is Von Lycaon. Why should he be so worried about a different Von Lycaon living a life he didn't want? Would this Von Lycaon even look like the image he saw before? The image of the doppleganger looking back at him? What if it was just a coincidence of alike names and faces? He sits there in the chair that creaks beneath his weight with a far too tight button up and shirt. He looks stupid, he looks crazy. His thoughts are a blur of conflicting thoughts and feelings. He should really leave- "Apologies on keeping you waiting," a smooth, suave voice cuts through the growing hesitation.

He slips on the attire provided for him by the maid. The clothes of this other Von Lycaon. The one who works at Victoria Housekeeping Company. The one who's prim and proper. Lyca approaches the manor of Victoria Housekeeping Co, finding it quite easy to enter. That's where he comes face-to-face with... Rina, Alexandrina Sebastiane. Her facial expression is calm and relaxed, not a glint of recognition in her eyes. "Hello sir! How may we assist you today?" She speaks suavely with an even cadence. "I want to meet with Von Lycaon. That possible?" He expects a different response, but he's not too surprised when she gives him the new status quote. "Of course! Shall we fetch you a new outfit?" Her eyes shift away from Lyca, "Von Lycaon wouldn't mind lending." She knew he would throw a fit if this almost naked thiren just waltzed into a meeting. "What do you mean?" He's confused, his clothing was tight yeah but it was just a quick meeting, "Isn't my outfit good-" His pectorals erupt free from the tanktop he wore, the front of the grey clothing fluttering to the floor. "And there's no way for me to work here?" Lyca asks pathetically. "Nope," is all the answer Alice gives. "All right, thanks," he weakly states before starting to leave. "ALREADY!?" Escapes the wolf's mouth as he whips his head around. He would shortly run outside to get a good look.

Lyca couldn't just stand there, he was already late for work and was going to be later by the minute. By the time he makes it to the lifeguard shack, the storm is growing heavier over the beach. The parking lot is empty, no one is walking along the beach, his lateness shouldn't be of concern. His sandy blonde furred hand reaches and takes the handle of the shack. As he enters, he gives an anemic, "Sorry I'm late," to his coworkers. He hears their response. Then, thunder flashes. "What do you MEAN I'm no longer working here!?" He yells, almost screams. Thunder rumbles in the distance as Lyca walks along the New Eridu sidewalk. Steadily, passersby began to fill the streets. He tries his best to weave through the growing crowd as his pecs bounce with each step. But then something catches his eye. A person wearing a bucket hat.
