As far as I can find with a brief search, there are three Councils who have applied to the Government for permission to sell off allotment land: Storrington; Ashfield and Bolsover, The first is controlled by the Lib Dems, the second is a coalition led by independents & the last is Labour-controlled.

This is incorrect: there will be a rolled-up hearing later this year where it will decide whether or not to hear the case. The Court told GLP to amend their claim to clarify what they are challenging and on what basis.

The only alternative to the SC ruling is to the detriment of women & their rights. At LD conference you said women needed ‘reassurance’ about allowing males in their spaces. We don’t need reassurance or patronising. We’re not 5. We want dignity, privacy, safety and fairness. We want our rights back
