This means that there will be zero incentive to buy from U.S. producers instead of Canada etc. Apparently U.S. orders were very high right before the tariffs, and now, crickets. This is the exact opposite of the "intent" and will only encourage recession and punish consumers. Period.

In a couple years AI water usage will be six times that of Denmark. Did consoles ever use more water than say, Germany? I don't think so.

Nuclear is not more costly than renewables, and lasts many decades longer.
January 25, 2025 at 4:08 AM
We need to 10-15x renewables and keep replacing them to save the planet. The amount of mining rare metals needed for that is not doable. 3x nuclear is doable. It's the only way out I'm aware of, and a later switch to Thorium would provide endless even safer energy. We must do all of the above.

Your first problem is that you think that proposing nuclear plants increases the Uranium price. The Uranium market has a massive supply deficit that no one is addressing. Then you quote someone who instead of listening to all of the experts and consensus, assumes they're crazy.

5/ right out of the budget and the rest of the cheese - your department - goes right back to normal. We just diiip and suck...dip and suck..." as he repeats the motion a couple more times in grisly detail. I need a video of this, seriously. Am I going to have to do it? I am, aren't I. Ugh.
