My goodness, how I miss common decency and integrity. We could have had such a wonderful President and VP. We have sunk so low.

They must be held accountable when this regime is ousted. Willful cruelty to others should never be tolerated.

How tragic that in 2025 people still don’t believe in science and have a deep desire to protect children and vulnerable people from preventable diseases. They all need to be held accountable for hurting innocent children.

Sadly true.

As a teacher, we have fire, earthquake and “shelter in place” drills, so we can prepare for emergencies. Knowing I can’t truly protect my students is worrisome. This reminds me we are living in a country which does not value life by not regulating guns and glamorizing violence over compassion.

It’s definitely not an “easy read.” The theme of corruption that accompanies power is definitely sobering and disturbing one to ponder. (Especially right now during this time in history.)

Thank you for the mention! I just started reading this book again. I felt like it’s message was sadly poignant. May we all emerge from this mess, healthy, safe, and hopeful.

Thank you for this. I truly needed the reminder to find a small modicum of hope amidst the chaos.

They graduated from prestigious colleges with intellect and respect intact. They served their country with honor, grace, and world wide respect. Those are not attainable attributes he has accomplished, (or will), in his lifetime. His criminal conduct, ignorance and deplorable nature is shameful.

🤞🏼We can only hope that they all go down with the sinking ship.

She’s as bad as him. She helps them deny and censor the truth. Our courts and politicians are corrupt. The Democrats must find a way to hold the criminals accountable. It’s shameful.
