Enshitification is a real phenomenon. There are some things which were better which are worse now and cost more.

Mine haven't.

That person is correct. It was obvious that they should have immediately tried to impeach him while Republicans were still outraged by it. By waiting, she helped Trump. It was simply bad political judgment by Pelosi.

It's bad that she did this. It almost certainly helped Trump.

I honestly find it hard to believe he never saw the Mitchell and Web "Are we the baddies?" skit in which the totenkopf is the driver of the joke.

I think Platner is cooked and people are justified in being critical and skeptical of him based on what has come out. But the initial statement reads to me that Platner is missing some necessary qualifications for running for Senate rather than being disqualified.

I think Platner has botched his chances and people are skeptical of him for good reasons, but I don't know what it means for someone to have "no qualifications to run for this seat." What qualifications does one have to have to run for a Senate seat? How are those qualifications decided?

Who's getting cracked now?

Same. She banned me years ago for disagreeing with her about something. I honestly can't even remember what it was at this point.

My cousin gives the same candy as well as jello and pudding shots for the parents. He and his wife rule.

Many things can be true at the same time. Folks should have voted for Harris, but it's also true that Harris did a bad job in both the 2020 primary and the 2024 election. We can't just pretend she did everything right because we wanted her to win. We have to be clear-eyed about why she lost.
October 26, 2025 at 3:16 PM
There are plenty of people who voted for her (like myself) who also recognize that she shouldn't run in 2028. I also don't think Bernie Sanders should run in 2028 because of his age.
October 26, 2025 at 3:13 PM
She won't win because she's a pretty bad campaigner with bad political instincts. She doesn't appear to stand for anything and will switch positions at the drop of a dime. Look at her performance in the 2020 primary and then her 2024 campaign. She just doesn't have to the stuff necessary to win.
October 26, 2025 at 3:08 PM
But she lost against thar guy and performed abysmally in the 2020 primary. Why would we want her to run again with that track record?
October 26, 2025 at 10:16 AM
Can you explain why? In both the 2020 primary and the 2024 general election, she's proven to be a lackluster candidate who doesn't really connect with voters and who loses. Why do you want her to run again?
October 26, 2025 at 10:13 AM
I would assume so. Do you think otherwise?
