zora has taken to falling over and showing her whole belly when she sees me. google says it's the "social roll" and she feels safe 🥹🥹. and she's a belly rub kitty, so soft, and not much behind those gorge eyes

bought a fast fashion top from a thrift store, cut off the sleeves sized for tiny thin arms, sewed on bias tape (made from the sleeves) to finish the armscyes. not sure if it's a shirt or a dress... but I'll be wearing it as a dress this summer

sewed another dress from this pattern, same mini length as the one yesterday, but with a much longer "ruffle". turns out ...the dark floral wasnt nearly as wide so it didn't ruffle much 🪡🧶

seed starting is a success!!! turns out... patience, grow lights, and heating mats were the trick. tomatoes, squash, kale, eggplant, and amaranth have all popped up 🌱🌱
