You cannot be a scapegoat if you did the thing. A scapegoat is unfairly thrown under the bus. He is just as complicit as Hegseth.

We had a fighter jet fly overhead so close this morning it startled everyone and rattled the windows.
Then we got an alert it was a Falcon Virgo exercise.
Now I’m learning he was just showing MBS the fighter jets he was giving him.
I could vomit.
