the idea of a boss rush style game where every single boss dies in one hit is extremely ingenious

i didnt delve too deep into it but the lore and worldbuilding is also surprisingly well-done and intriguing

doesn't overstay its welcome, nice little experience

yeah some of the hitboxes are kinda wacky.

first one that comes to mind are the pink trees that make the toxic cloud, i always get hit by that even when i really shouldn't have lmao

Skul: The Hero Slayer

took a bit for me to click with this game, but once i did, it sucked me in rly fast

the skull system is ingenious, the OST goes insanely hard and i liked the length of runs

i have some minor issues with the difficulty that i might elaborate on

overall a solid 8/10!

Demon's Tilt

holy shit this game is just as fun and addictive as crack. racking up points feels so fucking good.

unfortunately...i wasnt able to fully understand the tilt mechanic, and i REALLY suck at hitting the ramps to start the rituals

7.5/10 for me but i can see this being a 10 for others

Look Back

i went into this movie without having any idea it was Fujimoto's response to a certain real-world event, so when shit went down...it hit REALLY hard

as a whole this thing hits like a truck full of bricks. the soundtrack in particular is beautiful and aids a ton

8.5/10 for me personally

Caparezza - Orbit Orbit

after 4 years of inactivity, my favourite italian music artist returns with a fucking banger

this album comes with a comic book, which i have yet to see anything of. this is strictly about the music

its not my favourite of his works, but its out of this world indeed

Well, going back to Violet after playing Z-A is quite a shock...but this Shiny Dex isn't completing itself!

finally, a step in the right direction

huge improvements over SV. new combat system is great, characters and story are really fucking good, banging OST, new megas are (mostly) rly good, fun progression and gameplay loop

i wish they put some fucking effort into visuals

one final note bc i forgot to say it is. and it might be a bit early to judge so take it with a grain of salt. but i dont think i would've ever gotten this game for 70/80 bucks

i can't lie this is fun but idk if this is worth that full price so im happy to have paid like Half for it

overall, though i do feel a bit like there's something slightly off with the pacing (which might end up resolving itself by getting further into the game, im still only rank X), this is shaping up to be a fun experience

its definitely much better than shartlet and violence. lmao

theres some rly neat little things and attention to details

optional interior areas you can explore, little tidbits of lore, cafes and benches where you can take cool pics w your pokemon

and while im at it, the camera mode is an insane improvement over SV's jesus christ
