Conway's Law is probably is one of those things that once you internalize it, you start to see its effects everywhere. Therefore, I decided to record a master class on it. Enjoy!

“I’ve observed something, and it worries me.”

Often the impact people have on your growth can be traced back to just a few key moments. One of those moments was about to happen with my boss.

This essay is one of the trashiest trash things I have read from a company in the AI space. Or tech in general.

I think there are real questions about AI but there are companies in this space that have decent ethical compasses. Perplexity has proven time and again that it is not one of them.

This piece: “Is AI a Silver Bullet?” is absolutely the best one I’ve read so far on the whole “will AI replace engineers” topic (spoiler alert: no). It’s a long read, and you need to read it closely but good stuff. Will likely write up a few nuances on this. ian-cooper.writeas.com/is-ai-a-silv...

I can’t go to parties anymore without the topic of AI coming up. “How can I get started with vibe coding? What AI code editor should I use?” I attend parties with a very specific audience. Indeed,...

Perhaps in the EU we will finally get some technology first.

Who are interesting AI people to follow on BlueSky? The level of hyperbolic noise on X is a bit much and I’m hoping for some more sensible people here. Anybody?

While it certainly has limitations, and maybe always will, AI coding is here to stay so we better get comfortable with it. In this video I’m CHOPing/Vibeing a @silverbullet.md feature I needed as a way to share some best practices that I learned.

I really hope AI models for coding will get better fast enough support the inevitable maintenance nightmare that all the “vibe coded” apps that are about to hit production hits.
