The mother of one of the Annunciation mass shooting survivors called for action on Thursday afternoon. Daughter Vivian St. Clair was shot multiple times during mass at Annunciation Catholic Church. Twice in the back and once in the arm. She was one of 21 people injured during the Aug. 27 shooting.
