yesterday apple ported over the spatial/warping app opening animation from ipados 26 to ios 26... and it looks neat!
perhaps it could also work well on macos 26 as a window restoring/maximizing animation?
here's a rough idea, ik the animations aren't the best here but yeah...

i wish the icon tinting in iOS was better executed. like the black background with poor color contrast just looks jarring with most backgrounds.
i put together these quick mockups to see how the icon tinting feature could be improved (imo) with better light mode colors & more..
