That is still not a 3k drop. It is over a two day period, which is what I think you are showing. 38,819.29 is the lowest it has hit today. Previous close was 40,545.93, so that is a 1,726.64 drop.

My GFs and my ballot in Iowa have yet to be counted. I don't know that they counted any ballots that were dropped off at polling sites. Wondering about mail-ins too. Seemed odd that neither of ours were counted. Can anyone show a dropped off ballot that got past this? I would like to compare.
